You know that post-massage feeling? Your mind is clear and your body is relaxed.
An occasional massage leaves you feeling great, but regular massage can do so much more. Regular massages help your body maintain its relaxed state, your muscles to remain loose even during times of physical and mental stress and your mind to remain calm and able to deal with the demands of modern life.

SWEDISH MASSAGE

A classic massage to promote deep relaxation and well being. A great option for those new to massage and can be tailored to suit individual needs.

AYURVEDIC YOGA MASSAGE

Deep tissue oil massage followed by assisted yoga stretches. A deeply relaxing and restorative technique which works on many levels – physical, emotional and mental.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

A concentrated massage of the head, upper back, shoulders, neck and face. Deeply relaxing, effective in reducing the effects of stress on the body and the mind.

NATURAL FACE LIFT MASSAGE

A combination of massage, healing techniques and lymphatic drainage on the face and neck. Perfectly developed to tackle the stresses and strains of our modern lives, working specifically on the lines and wrinkles that can give you that tired look.

REFLEXOLOGY

A non-intrusive therapy, based on the theory that  reflex points on the feet correspond with specific areas of the body.  A deeply relaxing treatment which  involves applying light pressure to the feet creating a feeling of relaxation and helps to restore the body to a natural state of balance and well being.

THAI FOOT MASSAGE

Thai foot massage is both invigorating and relaxing. Involving hands on massage, stretching and acupressure to stimulate reflex points and leave you completely relaxed.

BACK FACIAL

Treat this often neglected part of the body with a facial for the back! This wonderful treatment uses dry body brushing and exfoliation to cleanse and remove any dull, dead skin from the back. A hot compress is then applied to open the pores, before you are treated to a therapeutic mask. Relax while the mask takes effect before enjoying a moisturising back massage.
