INTRODUCTION TO YOGA COURSE

Always wanted to try Yoga? Want to improve your strength and flexibility? Need to find some calm and balance in your life?

Come along to our 4 week introduction to yoga course to learn the basics of yoga history, postures, sequences, breath work and relaxation techniques...all in a small supportive group of fellow yoga newbies!

Taking place over 4 weeks in the beautiful, calm space of Normanton Baptist Church.

All equipment and handouts are provided, numbers very limited to ensure individual attention.

RELAXATION EVENINGS

Take an evening to allow yourself time to slow down, take a break from it all, to embrace stillness and allow yourself to enter into a deep state of relaxation.

Our candle lit relaxation evenings make use of blocks, blankets and pillows to allow us to fully release and let go in a 60 minute Yin Yoga session, followed by a 30 minute Yoga Nidra to promote deep sleep and complete relaxation.

YOGA & RELAXATION RETREAT DAYS

Have you always wanted to go on a yoga retreat but just haven’t got the time? Maybe you’ve got family or work commitments which mean you’re unable to take off on your own for any length of time! This day gives you the chance to experience a day in beautiful surroundings with like-minded people. A chance to discover the joy of well- being and self-care and leave feeling blissfully relaxed and rested. All in ONE DAY!

The day features an uplifting yoga practice, guided relaxation, free time to enjoy the beautiful countryside or maybe book a massage, yin yoga and a wonderfully relaxing yoga nidra.
